About
MFG360 Ops is the consulting practice of John Chou, an independent manufacturing and operations consultant with over 20 years of hands-on experience across the full manufacturing value chain — from engineering and NPI through supply chain, operations, and go-to-market strategy.
John has advised PE-backed industrials, F500 manufacturers, and global supply chains as both an operator and consultant. His career spans roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PRTM Management Consultants), Salesforce, EPAM Systems, Tech Mahindra, and Leonardo DRS — as well as independent engagements across automotive, aerospace & defense, HVAC, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment sectors.
He is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese, holds patents in electrical product design, and has published research on defense supply chain risk management. He is a registered Salesforce AppExchange ISV Partner.
